Abstract

The invention provides a method for six active components in a drug sample. In the method, the six active components comprise paracetamol, phenylephrine hydrochloride, doxylamine succinate, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, guaifenesin and chlorpheniramine maleate; the method uses high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect the drug sample, wherein the mobile phase of HPLC comprises a mobile phase A which is an aqueous solution containing trifluoroacetic acid of which the concentration is 0.1v / v% and a mobile phase B which is a mixed solution of acetonitrile and methanol in a volume ratio of 60: 40. The detection method provided by the invention can simply and quickly detect the six active components in the drug sample simultaneously, and the six active components can be separatedeffectively, and the detection method is simply operated, and quickly analyzed, suitable for detection of most cold medicines and wide in detection application range.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of medicine. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting six active ingredients in a drug sample. Background technique [0002] Cold, as one of the most common respiratory diseases, there are many kinds of treatment drugs. Among them, western medicine is favored by people because of its transparency and quick effect. Cold medicines are mostly compound preparations. The composition of western medicines mainly includes the following types of drugs: antipyretic analgesics, adrenergic receptor agonists, antihistamines, antitussive and expectorants, and so on. [0003] At present, there is no public report on the method for simultaneously determining the content of multiple active ingredients in cold medicine. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and effective analysis method that can simultaneously determine the content of the main components in cold medicines has important application ...
