Abstract

The invention relates to a rapid breeding method based on tissue culture for ligularia kaempferi. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a bud inducing culture medium, an adventitiousbud proliferation culture medium, a seedling strengthening culture medium, and a rooting culture medium; and (2) performing tissue culture on the ligularia kaempferi. According to the method providedby the invention, through a tissue culture technology the annual propagation coefficient is improved to 1:50000 and the cost is reduced by 0.8-1 yuan/plant compared with those of the prior art; and because the floral leaves of the leaves are a yellow-green chimera, the difficulty of the tissue culture is larger, through adjustment of the ratio of auxin to cytokinin, the characteristics of the leaves are obvious, the propagation speed and the seedling uniformity are greatly improved, and the original female parent characters are better maintained.
