Abstract

The catalysts for foaming polyurethane has good thermal stability and a mild rate of catalytic cross-linking curing, can be grafted to a resin matrix network structure, anddo not volatilize easily in a heating environment, so that crossing and curing of the compositions, which contain the catalysts, for foaming polyurethane are conducted completely, the network structure has a dense degree of cross-linking, and the probability of monomer residual is reduced greatly; in addition, the amount of addition of the catalysts is less, so that the aging resistance, yellowingresistance and thermal insulation performance of the polyurethane foam are improved, volatilization of odorous gas in a medium-high temperature environment is reduced, and the odor index of the polyurethane foam is reduced greatly.
