According to the load balancing routing analysis method and the load balancing routing analyzer provided by the invention, the optimal load balancing information matrix is determined; therefore, the optimal load balancing strategy corresponding to the optimal load balancing information matrix is determined; load balancing of a service link is realized; and the congestion degree of the service link and the maximum link utilization rate are optimized.
