The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning, airing and decocting the traditional Chinese medicines to obtain a mixed extracting solution; adding the extracting solution into deionized water; heating and stirring camellia-seed oil, menthane carboxamide, castor oil andvarious auxiliaries to obtain a mixed solution B; adding the mixed solution B, a pH regulator, mannitol, 3-methacryloxypropylmethyldimethoxysilane, ethylene glycol sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodiumalginate, a spice and water into a homogenizer for homogeneity; and cooling after homogeneity to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine hand lotion.
