Abstract

Disclosed is a core-pulling-type guide vane pump. The core-pulling-type guide vane pump comprises a pump outer cylinder, a guide vane body, an impeller, a shaft and a flow guiding bracket. The guide vane body is internally provided with guide blades. All the guide blades in the guide vane body of the pump are designed at the positions beyond the maximum outer diameter of the impeller. The guide vane body is directly connected with the outer cylinder. The maximum outer diameter of the flow guiding bracket is less than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder and larger than the maximum diameterof the impeller. The minimum inner diameter of the part, on the upper portion of the impeller, of the guide vane body is larger than the maximum diameter of the impeller. According to the core-pulling-type guide vane pump, a rotor can be pulled out very conveniently and maintained, and the guide vane body does not need to be pulled out during core pulling, thus the diameters of outer cylinders ofan existing core-pulling-type centrifugal pump and a low-specific-speed diagonal flow pump can be decreased, and the product cost and the pump house cost are reduced.
