Abstract

The invention discloses a plug terminal used for a small-size isolation switch. The plug terminal includes a wire clamping part, a plug part and a reinforcing part. The board body of the plug part isprovided with two plug clamp board spaced from each other. A plug slot is defined by the two plug clamp boards. Each plug clamp board is provided with a positioning boss formed through punching. Theplug terminal has following advantages. The plug terminal needs to be made of copper material having good electric conduction performance. However, the copper material is poor in strength and is proneto deformation, such that poor electric contact performance of the plug slot may be caused. Through improving the structure of the plug terminal and arranging two positioning bosses fitting proppingsprings on the plug terminal, the above technical problem can be solved effectively since the clamping elasticity can be ensured by utilization of the steel propping springs. Besides, the plug terminal is simplified in structure and long in service lifetime.
