The double-breaker vacuum circuit breaker comprises an operating mechanism, an enclosed pole post assembly and a corrugated pipe assembly, wherein the enclosed pole post assembly comprises an upper vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism and a lower vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism which are arranged in parallel, the upper vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism and the lower vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism respectively comprises an insulation shell, the insulation shell is arranged on a static sealing flange, a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and an insulation pull rod assembly are arranged in the insulation shell, one end of the insulation pull rod assembly is connected with a movablecontact of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and a static contact of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber arranged in the upper vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism is connected with a static contact of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber arranged in the lower vacuum arc extinguishing mechanism.
