Abstract

The invention provides a small current fault line selection system based on piezoelectric ceramic voltage acquisition. The system comprises a power cable, a zero sequence current transformer, an overhead conductor, a piezoelectric ceramic voltage transformer, a waveform recorder, a small current fault line selection device and a processor. The piezoelectric ceramic voltage transformer collects thephase-to-ground voltage of a line. The zero sequence current transformer collects the zero sequence current of the line when the line is failed. When the jump of the zero sequence current of the lineor the phase-to-ground voltage of the line exceeds the trigger value of the waveform recorder, the waveform recorder records voltage and current waveforms and transmits the recorded current and voltage waveform data to the processor. The processor can determine the fault type according to the current and voltage waveforms, and then transmits a faulty line signal to the small current fault line selection device. Sufficient data support including the zero sequence current of the line and the phase-to-ground voltage of the line is provided for accurate analysis of the faulty line. The system canbe used as an auxiliary means for line selection of the small current line selection device.
