A pavement three-dimension information detection device and method for roads are disclosed. The device includes a pavement information collecting system, a vehicle vibration correcting system, a pavement three-dimensional information integration system and a positioning system. The pavement three-dimensional information integration system is separately electrically connected to the pavement information collecting system, the vehicle vibration correcting system and the positioning system, and is used for integrating pavement images, vehicle gesture information, vehicle vibration information, vehicle travelling tracks and vehicle position information, and integrates deformation information of different fracture surfaces and different lanes to a same datum plane to determine pavement three-dimensional information. The pavement three-dimensional information includes the degree of rut damage, the degree of pot hole damage, the degree of subsidence damage, the degree of upheaval and wave damage and the degree of flatness.
