Abstract

A voltage signaloutput end of the precision voltage source output circuit is connected with a voltage signal input end of the current measuring circuit. The precision voltage source output circuit is used for generating a voltage source required by the current measuring circuit through a single power source. The current measuring circuit is used for measuring a resistance value of a resistor under test through the voltage source input by the precision voltage source output circuit. According to the invention, the measurement of the resistance is realized through the unipolar power source, the whole circuit has no negative power source, and therefore, a traditional power polarity switching circuit and a polarity inversion and signal conditioning circuit are also eliminated.
