The portable needle-holding stitching device comprises a handle body and an arc-shaped needle, wherein a pair of rotating forceps arms matched with each other are arranged on the first end of the handle body, a first driving device and a second driving device, which drive the inner ends of a pair of the rotatingforceps arms to rotate around the handle body are respectively arranged on the second end of the handle body; the outer end of the rotating forceps arms is provided with a pinhole for the arc-shaped needle to pass through; the pinhole is internally provided with a one-way limiting device which limits the arc-shaped needle to penetrate through the pinhole in a one-way way, and the sides of the over-hole are also provided with slots for withdrawing the suture respectively.
