The optical coherence tomography system comprises a housing, a 2*2-type optical coupler, two 3-port optical circulators and a photoelectric balance detector which are positioned inside the housing,and a laser source, a frequency sweeping light source, a data acquisition module, a 1*n-type optical switch and the array-type circular scanning endoscopic probe which are positioned outside the housing, wherein the probe comprises a pedestal and a plurality of scanning units arranged thereon in circular arraying arrangement; each scanning unit comprises a cylindrical lens fiber collimator and anMEMS microgalvanometer which are arranged by sharing a common optical axis; each microgalvanometer is electrically connected with a flexible PCB board; the pedestal is integrally cylindrical, and isintegrally formed by a first cylinder, a regular prism, a regular prismoid and a second cylinder which are coaxially arranged from top to bottom.
