The invention discloses a cotton swab dipping device. The device comprises a liquid medicine bin, an automatic liquid discharging mechanism and a cotton swab bin, wherein the liquid medicine bin is used for storing liquid medicine, a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the liquid medicine bin, and a sliding block is arranged in the liquid outlet; the automatic liquid outlet mechanism is usedfor automatically and quantitatively taking out the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine bin from the liquid outlet so that the cotton swab can be conveniently dipped; the automatic liquid discharging mechanism comprises a liquid storage tank, a lever and a dipping groove; the cotton swab bin is used for storing cotton swabs, a push plate is arranged in the cotton swab bin, an elastic piece is arranged on the push plate, and the elastic part can gradually push the cotton swabs to a cotton swab outlet through the push plate; there is always one cotton swab which is extruded out and lifted atthe cotton swab outlet, a user can conveniently pull out the cotton swab to use. Cotton swab heads of the cotton swabs are placed in the dipping groove, the liquid medicine automatically and quantitatively flows out after the cotton swabs are dipped in the liquid medicine, and the cotton swab dipping device is convenient to operate, saves time and labor and is quick and efficient.
