The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the historical mean value of various activities in a whole bath of parallel service flow through historical big data, wherein execution of each kind of activities are independent from one another; selecting one kind of activities in the whole batch of parallel service flows, selecting partial activities in the kind of activities, defining a time point after execution of the partial activities as a time sequence detecting point, and performing statistics for obtaining the mean value of the partial activities before the time sequence detecting point; calculating the predicated mean values of the other kinds of activities in the whole batch of parallel service flows and the predicated finishing time of the whole batch of parallel service flows according to an analogical relation; and determining a possible occurred delay amount of theservice flow according to the predicated finishing time, and determining the number of added resources according to the delay amount and preset server efficiency. According to the method of the invention, a small number of detecting points are realized; a certain service quality can be satisfied; and cost in a time sequence abnormity processing process is greatly reduced.
