A node set of a complex network is formed basedon different attribute data; correlation between nodes is calculated by using a covariance method, a network path is determined, and a preliminary complex network structure is constructed; complex network structure optimization is realized based on maximum and minimum hill climbing algorithms; and according to a maximum likelihood estimation method, complex network parameters are determined.
