Problems solved by technology

But at the same time, studies have also shown that broad beans have high nutritional value but also have certain defects: (1) broad beans lack some amino acids or have insufficient content of some amino acids; (2) broad beans contain some anti-nutritional components such as protease and amylase inhibitors, broad bean (3) Broad beans also contain two types of anti-nutritional factors, high molecular weight condensed tannins and low molecular weight polyphenolic compounds, among which tannins are the main anti-nutritional factors in broad beans. Nutrients, which affect the absorption of minerals and nutrients by the fish body, resulting in poor growth performance
[0004] At present, some scholars have removed part of the anti-nutritional factors to improve the nutritional value of broad beans by heat treatment, autoclaving, crushing, cooking or enzymes, etc., but such treatment effects and degrees are not enough to satisfy need

Abstract

The invention relates to fermentation of aquatic feed and especially relates to a treatment method for improving the digestion and utilization ratio of broad beans of fish. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a compound microbial inoculum: separately inoculating YPD liquid nutrient media with yeast and bacillus to obtain a yeast fermentation solution and a bacillus fermentation solution, and then mixing the yeast fermentation solution and the bacillus fermentation solution according to a volume ratio of (1:1) to (1:1.2) to obtain the compound microbial inoculum; (2) preparation of broad beans: soaking dry broad beans in salt water at room temperature for 12-24h, and performing boiling, filtering and cooling; and (3) solid state fermentation of the broad beans: mixing the broad beans and the compound microbial inoculum according to a ratio of 1kg of broad beans to 400-450ml of compound microbial inoculum, performing uniform stirring, and maintaining the temperature at 30-32 DEG C for 20-24h to obtain the broad bean fermented material. The invention provides the method based on fermentation of the broad beans by using the compound microbial inoculum, and proven by experiments, the method can reduce anti-nutritional factors in the broad beans and improve the digestion and utilization ratio of the broad beans of the fish and the growth performanceof the fish.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fermentation of aquatic feed, in particular to a treatment method for improving the digestion and utilization rate of broad beans by fish. Background technique [0002] As the cost of fishmeal in feed continues to rise, it is becoming more and more important to seek new feed raw materials. However, beans have always been an important part of global food production. The total output of broad beans (Vicia faba) in China is nearly 2.6 million tons, and the planting area is about 1.7 million ha 2 , accounting for 64.1% and 53.8% of the world's total broad bean production and total planting area, respectively. Therefore, it is a development trend of aquafeeds that plant-based proteins such as beans replace animal-based proteins in aquafeeds. [0003] Studies have shown that broad beans have higher protein and energy than grains such as wheat and corn, so broad beans can be used instead of fish meal and other vegetable proteins...
