The invention discloses a preparation method of an optical film, a back cover and an electronic device. The method comprises: a die of a preset optical structure is obtained, wherein the preset optical structure is a multi-level optical graphic structure; a first explosion-proof film with a predetermined dimension is pasted in the die and a texture corresponding to the preset optical structure istransferred to the first explosion-proof film by a transferring process, thereby forming a second explosion-proof film having a texture surface; with an optical film plating process, the texture surface of the second explosion-proof film is plated with an electroplated layer, thereby forming a third explosion-proof film; on the basis of a silk-screen printing process, the surface at which the electroplated layer of the third explosion-proof film is located is printed to form an ink layer with a predetermined color, so that a fourth explosion-proof film is formed; and the fourth explosion-prooffilm is placed in a laser engraving machine platform and laser carving moulding is carried out. Therefore, the prepared optical film has advantages of diversified rich glossy layers, natural luster,and good color gradient effect.
