The system comprises a distributed optical fiber component, a light source generating device, a data acquisition device and a data processing center which are successively connected. The distributed optical fiber component comprises a plurality of monitoring groups disposed atdifferent fullness positions inside the drainage pipeline. Each monitoring group comprises at least one distributed monitoring optical fiber disposed on the inner wall of the drainage pipeline and inthe axial direction of the drainage pipeline. The distributed optical fiber is both a signal sensing device and a signal transmission device. The system can realize distributed online monitoring of the drainage pipeline, has high spatial resolution, can acquire the fluid characteristic and the pipeline health state of any on-way position of the monitoring system in real time, and contributes to macro regulation of the entire drainage system.
