Abstract
The invention discloses an application of butyl p-hydroxybenzoate in preparing candida albicans resistant drugs. According to the application, the inventor takes candida albicans as the test object toscreen effective and low-toxicity chemical compound not easy to generate drug resistance, and finds that butyl p-hydroxybenzoate have good suppression effect to adhesion and pathogenicity of candidaalbicans. Besides, the chemical compound has low toxicity which cannot affect growth of human cells. Meanwhile, no influence is caused to normal growth of candida albicans, that is to say, the chemical compound suppresses adhesion, hypha formation, biofilm formation and pathogenicity of candida albicans rather than kills candida albicans mainly, and accordingly is not easy to generate drug resistance. The development of the novel antifungal drug, especially the development of the candida albicans resistant drugs has good application prospect.
