The method mainly comprises the steps of, according to a writing law and a document structure of a Chinese judgment document, designing a document segmentation model for storing logic segments; analyzing contents of each logic segment of the document, determining information items contained in each logic segment,and designing a document information item model; by taking the judgment document as an input and a logic segment feature as a basis, outputting the document segmentation model; by taking the documentsegmentation model as an input and an information item feature as a basis, extracting information item contents, and building the document information item model; and converting the document information item model into a document in an XML format. The method is mainly used for the judgment documents of six cases of civil first trial, civil second trial, criminal first trial, criminal second trial, administrative first trial and administrative second trial; the text information extraction method for the judgment documents is designed; any judgment document can be subjected to text informationextraction; and the document in the XML format is output, so that an important foundation is provided for text analysis for the judgment documents.
