Embodiment Construction

[0046] See figure 1 , the embodiment of the present application provides a photoinduced nanomanipulator 20 . The photoinduced nanomanipulator 20 includes a first linear substrate 110 , a first vanadium dioxide layer 130 and a clamping structure 140 . The first linear matrix 110 extends helically and forms a first nano-helical tube 120 . The entire surface of the first linear substrate 110 is provided with the first vanadium dioxide layer 130 . The clamping structure 140 is fixedly connected to one end of the first nanohelical tube 120 . The other end of the first nanohelical tube 120 can be fixed on the base 200 .

[0047] The size of the first nano-spiral tube 120 is nanoscale. The first nano-spiral tube 120 has characteristics of easy compression and stretching. The first nanohelical tube 120 also has light-to-heat conversion properties. The first nano-spiral tube 120 is also easy to bend. The first helical nanotube 120 may also be a helical silicon dioxide nanowire, ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a photo-induced nano-manipulator. The photo-induced nano-manipulator comprises a first linear substrate, a first vanadium dioxide layer and a clamping structure. The first linear substrate extends in a spiral manner and forms a first nano spiral tube. The first vanadium dioxide layer is arranged on the whole surface of the first linear substrate. The clamping structure isfixedly connected with one end of the first nano spiral tube. Under illumination, a second nano spiral tube can contract and rotate around the axis of itself. Therefore, the second nano spiral tube can have a screwing function of a wrist. According to the photo-induced nano-manipulator, different rotation and contraction effects can be generated according to different directions and different intensities of heat sources, and therefore the clamping structure can be driven to carry out different operations and is convenient and flexible.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of nanometers, in particular to a photoinduced nanometer manipulator. Background technique [0002] Smart materials refer to new materials that sense, respond and have the ability to discover functions. Smart materials and related devices have important applications in civil and military related fields such as artificial muscles, smart skin, robots and stealth. A manipulator constructed with smart materials is a device that can respond to external stimuli and simulate the movement of a human hand, and is a key component of a bionic robot. According to different excitation methods, drivers can be divided into thermal induction, electric induction, magnetic induction, photoelectric induction, humidity response and solvent response, etc. Compared with other mechanisms, photoactuation has several advantages. First, remote wireless control can be realized; second, sunlight can be used to stimulate; third, the ...
