The preparation method of the washing-endurance and water-repelling synergist comprises the following steps: enabling the diisocyanate and diethanolamine to react; then raising the temperature and reacting to prepare a branched pre-polymer I; then adding the methyl ethyl ketoxime to obtain a pre-polymer II; mixing the diisocyanate, the polyol containing the hydrophilic group and the methyl ethyl ketoxime and reacting to obtain apre-polymer III with the -NCO group at one end; adding the pre-polymer III to react according to the content of residual -OH in the pre-polymer II; then regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) value of a reaction system and emulsifying in sequence to obtain the washing-endurance and water-repelling synergist.
