Abstract

The method comprises: first PET data of a subject within a first period of time are obtained and framing image reconstruction is carried out based on the first PET data to obtain a first time activity curve within the first period of time; second PET data of the subject within a second period of time are obtained after a preset time interval and attenuation correction is carried out on a framed reconstructed image of the second PET data based on a CT image of the subject to obtain a second time activity curve within the second period of time; according to the first time activity curve and the second time activity curve, a complete time activity curve of the subjectfrom the starting time of the first period of time to the end time of the second period of time is estimated; and dynamic PET parameter imaging is carried out based on the complete time activity curve. With the method provided by the invention, the radiation impact on the subject and the clinical operation difficulty can be reduced substantially.
