Abstract

The system provided by the invention includes: an attitude sensor, a GPS, a computer, a pan-tilt controller, and a sonar fixed on a pan-tilt bracket on one side of the hull. The splicing method comprises the following steps: reading sonar file data; processing trajectory line data; scanningline groups; determining a bitmap range and a pixel position; processing the arrangement mode of the scanning lines, and performing affine transformation on the image coordinates. The invention combines the GPS information and the hull posture information to realize seamless splicing of side-scan sonar images, which improves the splicing speed and the adaptability of the system, and reduces the system cost.
