Under the condition that existing equipment and technology are not changed, the problem that the grain size of the alloy bar material is large in a 40Cr steel low-rolling-ratio processing process is solved through adjusting chemical components; the grain size of a steel product is obviously changed under the matching effect of the Al and the N and a fine crystal reinforcing effect is realized.
