The method comprises: acquiring a coordinate of a fixed dangerous zone in an airport; receiving GPS data transmitted by aircrafts and vehicles; according to the GPS data, updating the coordinate of the dynamic dangerous zone; acquiring GPS data transmitted by the intercom of the airport personnel; according tothe two kinds of GPS data, marking positioning data of aircrafts, vehicles and the personnel on an electronic map; carrying out comparison and calculation on the positioning data of the personnel anda dangerous zone set and determining whether the personnel is in a dangerous zone; if so, carrying out alarming and determining whether the personnel is in a moving state; if so, calculating a distance between the personnel and the dangerous zone; sending out alarming to the intercom based on the distance; and if not, not sending out alarming.
