Abstract

An elevator fast falling mechanical type buffering and unlocking mechanism comprising a buffer bottom plate installed at the bottom of an elevator car. The buffer bottom plate and the bottom face of the car are separated through a buffer spring. A limiting part is arranged at the side edge of the car and is used for preventing the buffer bottom plate from moving upwards. A locking rod is further arranged in the position, located below the buffer bottom plate, of the side edge of the car and is used for preventing the buffer bottom plate from moving downwards. The locking rod is limited by an inertia unlocking device installed on the outer side of the car and comprises a rod part and a head part which are connected integrally. The rod part is inserted in from the outside of the side face ofthe car. An unlocking spring is installed between the head part and the outer wall of the car. The outer side of the head part is limited by the inertia unlocking device. The inertia unlocking devicecomprises an installing sleeve, an inertia block and an action rod. The inertia block is in clearance fit with the installing sleeve and is installed in the installing sleeve. The action rod is connected to the lower portion of the inertia block, and the lower end stretches out of the installing sleeve.
