The method includes the steps: sending an attaching request to the network side equipment, wherein the attaching request includes a PDN connection request corresponding to a first APN; and receiving attaching request response information from the network side equipment, wherein the attaching request response information includes an activation default bearer context request corresponding to the first APN; sending attaching completion information to the network side equipment, wherein the attaching completion information includes activation default bearer context acceptance information, and a PDN connection request corresponding to a second APN; receiving an activation default bearer context request from the network side equipment, which is corresponding to the second APN; returning the activation default bearer context acceptance information to the network side equipment. The above solution can reduce the signaling interaction and process complexity in the process of establishing multiple PDN connections.
