Problems solved by technology

Because the hemicellulose of bagasse is entangled between cellulose and lignin, and the lignin in a network structure adheres to plant cells, making the structure of cellulose and hemicellulose dense and hard, which is difficult to be utilized by microorganisms and has a poor taste.

Abstract

The invention discloses a bagasse protein feed for ruminants. The bagasse protein feed for the ruminants is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 78.8-89.2% of bagasse, 2-6% of tender paper mulberry branches and leaves, 8-14% of molasses, and 0.8-1.2% of nitrogenous substances; and total percentage by weight of the raw materials is 100%. The raw materials further comprise compound microbes and termite cellulase. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the bagasse protein feed for the ruminants. By adopting instantaneous ejection steam blasting and ultrasonic treatment, the preparation method is capable of causing changes in dense structure, composition and crystallinity of the bagasse; so that, the bagasse becomes porous and partially degraded,or is even converted into fermentable sugar. Thus, foundation is laid for increases in microbial utilization rate and nutritional value of the feed, as well as for improvements in palatability and digestion rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ruminant breeding, and in particular relates to a ruminant protein feed and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The meat of ruminants such as cattle and sheep has higher nutritional value and a longer growth period. The food is mainly forage, which has always been considered safer, so it is becoming more and more popular among Chinese consumers. [0003] In recent years, the ruminant industry in southern my country has developed rapidly, and there are many cattle and sheep farms. However, protein feed has always been mainly dependent on foreign sources, which is scarce and expensive, which has restricted the development of ruminant breeding in southern my country to a certain extent. Abundant resources are used as raw materials to produce new protein feeds, which have attracted increasing attention. [0004] Bagasse is a by-product of sugarcane sugar production, and the annual output of baga...
