The cleaning agent takesbenzaldehyde and butyl cellosolve as main solvents, and a green neutral waterborne paint remover is prepared by matching of components in specific mass parts and is moderate in potential of hydrogen,in a pH range of 7-8, low in volatilization, effective in paint removal and free of corrosion of metal steel. The paint film cleaning agent is environmentally friendly in raw material, simple in preparation, short in paint film removal time, high in paint removal speed, efficient in removal without base material damages and extensively applicable to the field of automobile painting and cleaning,especially cleaning of automobile painting fixture with high requirements on base material precision.
