The dough sheet shaping system comprises a dough conveyer belt and a slicing machine frame, wherein a dough sheet thickness adjusting assembly is mounted on the slicing machine frame; a slicing cylinder is mounted on the dough sheet thickness adjusting assembly; four to six groups of slicing assemblies are uniformly distributed on the surface ofthe slicing cylinder; a discharging opening which penetrates from inside to outside is formed between every two adjacent slicing assemblies, in the slicing cylinder; a slicing region is formed between the slicing assemblies and the dough conveyer belt; a dough sheet outputting assembly is mounted in the slicing cylinder; the slicing cylinder is cylindrical, and is horizontally mounted above the dough conveyer belt; the length direction of the slicing cylinder is consistent with the width direction of the dough conveyer belt; one end of the slicing cylinder is sealed, and the other end of theslicing cylinder is opened to form a dough sheet outputting opening; and a cylinder shaft is arranged at the end of the sealing end of the slicing cylinder, and is mounted on the dough sheet thicknessadjusting assembly through the cylinder shaft.
