Abstract

The invention discloses a configuration method of a control resource set, a network device and a terminal. The method comprises the steps of: configuring indication information for indicating time-frequency domain location information of the control resource set of data information for the terminal; and sending the indication information to the terminal. The indication information includes: a first indication field for indicating downlink value configuration information, and a second indication field for indicating configuration codebook of the control resource set. According to the configuration method of the control resource set, the network device and the terminal, the first indication field and the second indication field are combined to indicate the time-frequency position of the control resource set of the data information, so the bit overhead of the system main information block MIB is reduced, and the utilization of resources is improved.
