Abstract

The system comprises a microfluidic biological chip, an evanescent wave optical fiber SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) probe and a portable Raman spectrometer, wherein the microfluidic biological chip comprises a microfluidic channel and a probe connector; the microfluidic channel is located in the microfluidicbiological chip; the probe connector penetrates to a detection region of the microfluidic channel in the microfluidic biological chip from the outer part of the microfluidic biological chip; a probe comprises a transmission section and a sensitive section; the sensitive section is composed of an evanescent wave optical fiber structure and a noble metal nano-structure with a localized field enhancement property; the evanescent wave optical fiber structure is located at one end of the transmission section; the noble metal nano-structure is located on the surface of the evanescent wave optical fiber structure; when microfluidic biological detection is carried out, the sensitive section of the probe stretches into the detection region of the microfluidic channel through the probe connector; and a second end of the transmission section is connected with the portable Raman spectrometer.
