Through the above turning-over device, the substrate can be automatically turned over under the action of the first turning-overroll, the second turning-over roll and the adjusting roll; each of the included angle I between the first turning-over roll and the input direction of the substrate as well as the included angle II between the second turning-over roll and the input direction of the substrate reaches 45 degrees, so that the original conveying direction of the substrate can be prevented from being influenced; and through the above process, the workload of operating personnel can be reduced and the turning-over precision can be improved.
