The system is used for enabling the CPE to establish connection with the hybrid clouds. Configuration information of the CPE and the configuration information of ordered cloud resources are stored in control scheduling unit. After the CPE is powered on, the CPE establishes the connection with the vCPE through utilization of VPN tunnels. The vCPE is issued by the control scheduling unit through mirroring and is mounted in the cloud resources. The control scheduling unit finishes initial configuration of thevRouters through utilization of the configuration information of the ordered cloud resources.
