The method comprises steps of: generating alarm information; determining multiple attribute fields and corresponding attribute content included in the alarm information; compiling the multiple attribute fields and corresponding attributecontent into target alarm information by using a preset data format JSON; and storing the target alarm information in a database of the cloud platform. In the method, alarm information is sequenced ina form of JSON character string, so that the alarm information is not affected by a database table structure, any dimension of alarm information can be stored, attribute fields of the alarm information are not combed in advanced, therefore, alarm information can be stored and managed flexibly according to service characteristics, thereby being stored more efficiently.
