Abstract

The invention discloses a high-precision installation and adjustment method and device for a large-caliber toothed reflector component applied to a space camera. The method comprises the steps that first, a translation tilting table is fixedly connected with a rotary table, and a supporting tool is installed on the translation tilting table; second, a supporting frame is placed on the supporting tool in the first step; third, a reflector is placed on a six-dimensional adjustment table, and meanwhile teeth of the reflector are embedded into tooth slots of the supporting frame; and fourth, glueis injected into each tooth slot of the supporting frame to make the reflector and the supporting frame connected. Through the high-precision installation and adjustment method and device, high-precision micro-stress assembling of the large-caliber toothed reflector component applied to the space camera is realized; and after assembling, the surface shape loss of the reflector is small, the form and location tolerance between the reflector and the supporting structure is small, and the assembled reflector component can meet the requirement that high stability of the surface shape and the formand location is maintained after a vibration test.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aerospace optical remote sensors, and in particular relates to a method and device for high-precision assembly and adjustment of a large-caliber toothed mirror assembly for a space camera. Background technique [0002] With the increasing demand for high-resolution earth observation, long focal length reflective optical systems are increasingly used in space optical remote sensing cameras. As the main component of the reflective space remote sensing camera, the mirror assembly is generally composed of a mirror, a support structure and a connecting glue spot, and the support structure fixes the mirror assembly on the main structure of the camera. [0003] The surface shape of the large-mouth mirror is the basis for ensuring the image quality of the lens. In the optical-mechanical assembly of the large-mouth mirror assembly, the most important point is to reduce the loss of the mirror surface shape caused b...
