Problems solved by technology

[0009] In addition to the above, the sponge mask of the conventional mask tends to increase in volume and has poor portability.
In addition, when various parts are attached to the mask, the overall size becomes large, and it is not only difficult to store it in a functional case, but also requires other parts such as sponges, metal wires, iron wires, and non-woven fabrics.
As a result, processes other than mask production such as bonding or mounting are required, resulting in poor productivity

Embodiment Construction

[0029] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the mask will be described based on the drawings.

[0030] Such as Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 As shown, the mask 10 of one embodiment has a main body 11 , ear loops 12 and protrusions 13 . The entire mask 10 is integrally formed of porous polyurethane foam. That is, the mask 10 is integrated without forming a seam between the main body 11 and the ear hanging part 12 and between the main body 11 and the protruding part 13 .

[0031] In the case of this embodiment, if figure 2 with image 3 As shown, the mask 10 is formed by overlapping the sheet-like half body 21 and the half body 22 . Such as image 3 As shown, the two half bodies 21 and half bodies 22 are respectively formed in the same shape. That is, the half body 21 is seamlessly integrally formed of porous polyurethane foam, and is divided into a main body half 211 , an ear half 212 , and a protrusion half 213 . Similarly, the half body 22 is seamlessly integrally formed of porous p...

Abstract

The invention provides a breathing mask which can fill a clearance along the shape of a face without other components and has high portability. The breathing mask (1) is formed by porous polyurethanefoam. The breathing mask (10) has a body part (11), hanging ear parts (12) and a projected part (13). The body part (11) covers the mouth and nostrils of the face. The hanging ear parts (12) are seamlessly and integrally connected with the body part (11) from two ends of the body part (11) and extend to the ear (26) side of the face (24) and have openings (25) which can be hanged on the ears (26).The projected part (13) is seamlessly and integrally connected with the body part (11) and projects to the eye side of the face (24). The projected part can be turned back to the face (24) side of the body part (11) and contacts with the face (24) through self elasticity.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to masks. Background technique [0002] In recent years, due to the prevention of diseases or the improvement of health awareness, the wearing of masks is expanding. Masks are mainly made of non-woven fabric and cover part of the face to prevent pathogenic bacteria and foreign matter from entering the body from the mouth and nostrils. On the other hand, since the mask covers a part of the face, exhaled air from the mouth and nose tends to escape upward, that is, toward the eyes. Therefore, in the case of using glasses at the same time, there is a problem that the glasses tend to be blurred due to exhaled air passing between the mask and the face. [0003] Here, commercially available masks employ the following means to reduce passage of exhaled air. [0004] Set the sponge on the inner side above the mask to fill the gap with the face. [0005] Set a metal wire or iron wire on the mask so that the upper end of the mask...
