The invention discloses a fire rescue scheduling method and device and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the fire alarm information which comprises the positioninformation of an on-fire building, the number information of trapped persons, and the fire danger degree information; determining all schedulable fire stations within a preset radius range which takethe on-fire building as a circle center according to the position information of the on-fire building; and determining the to-be-rescued emergency level of the on-fire building according to the number information of the trapped persons and the fire danger degree information, and sending a fire rescue configuration instruction corresponding to the to-be-rescued emergency level to the fire station,wherein the fire rescue configuration instruction comprises the number of the firefighters and the number of rescue equipment. According to the fire rescue scheduling method provided by the invention, a corresponding number of firefighters and fire-fighting equipment can be configured according to the actual fire danger degree, and reasonable optimized use of rescue resources is realized.
