Abstract

The invention discloses an integral-type digital temperature sensing circuit. The integral-type digital temperature sensing circuit comprises a PTAT circuit module, a switch, a CTAT current module, anintegrator, a window comparator and a control and conversion logic component. The integrator comprises an integral capacity and an amplifier. The two ends of the integral capacity are connected to aninput end and an output end of the amplifier. The control and conversion logic component comprises a controller, a counter, a temperature calculator and two SPI modules. The circuit has advantages that a low power supply voltage work condition is not considered in the prior art, but the circuit of the invention adapts to the low power supply voltage work condition; a chopper technology is used toreduce a design error; and the circuit has high flexibility and adjustability, and good stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of circuits, in particular to an integral digital temperature sensing circuit. Background technique [0002] In the 1960s, W.T.Matzen and R.A.Meadows et al. proposed a design theory of thermoelectric elements whose manufacturing process is compatible with the integrated circuit process. Two years later, T.F. Prosser proposed and successfully developed the world's first integrated temperature sensor chip. With the development of functional circuit integration, a large number of integrated temperature sensors have been developed, with more and more functions, and their performance is constantly improving. More well-known integrated temperature sensor production companies, such as Texas Instruments (TI), American Analog Devices (ADI), etc., have widely used their products in industry, medical equipment, computers and consumer products. [0003] Universities and scientific research institutes in various countries are al...
