Embodiment Construction

[0044] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0045] Such as figure 1 As shown, a processing flowchart of a method for splicing a comminuted fracture three-dimensional model using a template in the present invention is divided into four steps, model reconstruction and preprocessing process, feature point extraction process, calculation descriptor process, and template matching process. The four steps are performed in the above order. Feature points are extracted from the model after reconstruction and preprocessing, and then descriptors are calculated for each extracted feature point. Finally, the descriptors on each fragment and the descriptors on the template are aligned. One-to-one correspondence to complete splicing.

[0046] The present invention specifically includes the following four steps.

[0047] The first step is the reconstruction and preprocessing of the model: using the medical ...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for splicing a three-dimensional model of comminuted fracture by using templates, which comprises the following four steps of: firstly, reconstructing and preprocessingCT data of a patient with comminuted fracture, segmenting different tissues, filling hollow parts, and reconstructing the three-dimensional model of the fragments and the templates; analyzing the geometric features of the fragments, and extracting feature points on each fragment and the template; calculating a descriptor for each feature point; finally, matching features, achieving automatic splicing of fragments, and therefore the broken bones are restored. The method can automatically splice the three-dimensional model fragments reconstructed by the comminuted fracture CT, and has high accuracy and clinical reference value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for splicing three-dimensional models of comminuted fractures by using a template, which belongs to the technical field of virtual surgery and can also be applied to related fields, such as three-dimensional reconstruction and restoration of other objects. Background technique [0002] Traditional splicing work is done manually. People observe the characteristics of the fracture surface with the naked eye, speculate on the original positional relationship between the fragments, and even pick up the fragments directly by hand to try to piece them together to see if they match. This method is relatively simple and convenient for objects that are strong and not easy to wear, have simple geometric shapes, and have a small number of fragments. However, when the degree of fragmentation of the object increases and the complexity increases, it becomes very difficult to completely rely on manual splicing of the fragments. On ...
