Abstract

The automatic bending device comprises a material bin, a material ejecting component and a bending component; a device to be bent is placed in thematerial bin; a material outlet is formed in the material bin; the material ejecting component is arranged corresponding to the device to be bent and can move the device to bent in the material bin from the material outlet; the bending component is arranged corresponding to the material outlet in the material bin; the device to be bent is moved to the bending component by the material ejecting component; and the device to be bent is bent by the bending component. According to the automatic bending device disclosed by the invention, liquid inlet copper pipes in the material bin are ejected outone by one by the material ejecting component, and a gear is driven to rotate by utilizing an air cylinder, so that an automatic bending function of the liquid inlet copper pipes is realized, and thebent liquid inlet copper pipes flow out autonomously from a sliding plate; manual operation is not required in the whole process; only the operations of supplementing a copper pipe bin and taking a finished product are required to be performed; the problems of high labour intensity and low efficiency of manual operation are solved; and the automation level of equipment is improved.
