Abstract

The method is used for solving the problems that an existing method is not high in operation efficiency and low in convergence speed. The method comprises the following steps: initializing state parameters and model parameters of a self-adaptive whale optimization algorithm; randomly generating a coordinate position according to an adaptive whale optimization algorithm, intercepting an area with the same size as the target image block as a candidate image block, and updating the position of the candidate image block according to a shrinkage encircling mechanism or a spiral updating mechanism; taking the candidate image block with the maximum similarity value with the target image block as an optimal candidate image block, and utilizing a one-fifth principle to nonlinearly and dynamically adjust an exploration step length of a shrinkage encircling mechanism; and using the optimalcandidate image block as a target image block of the current frame and a target state parameter of the next frame to track the next frame of image.The global optimal stability and the capability of jumping out of the local optimal are improved, the operation efficiency is improved, and the method can well adapt to the moving target tracking problem.
