The embodiment of the invention discloses a control method and device of an aircraft and the aircraft. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a virtual rocker arm parameter; determining motion track information of a virtual rocker arm according to the virtual rocker arm parameter; receiving a flight control command; and flying according to the motion track of the virtual rocker arm and according to the flight control command and the motion track information of the virtual rocker arm. According to the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the motion of the virtual rocker armis achieved by aircraft flight, a true physical rocker arm can be substituted, physical limitation can be abandoned, variable virtual arm length is achieved, and the problem of storage, transportation and application space brought by the physical arm length of the rocker arm can be prevented; and moreover, since the aircraft flies according to the motion track of the virtual rocker arm, and a traditional video photographer can master at most rapid speed and controls the aircraft to achieve rocker arm photography under the condition that the traditional video photographer does not have experience of remotely controlling the aircraft.
