The method includes: respectively estimating channels of the mobile terminal at four moments according tothe pilot frequency information; performing first-order difference operation according to the channel estimation values at two different moments, and performing first-order difference operation according to the channel estimation values at the other two different moments; according to the phase information obtained by the two first-order difference operation results, obtaining first-order difference phase offset estimates through inverse trigonometric function operation; obtaining first-order difference frequency division offset estimates from the two first-order difference phase offset estimates respectively; carrying out second-order differential operation on the two first-order differential operation results and the two first-order differential frequency division offset estimates to obtain a second-order differential operation result; according to the phase information obtained by the second-order difference operation result, obtaining a second-order difference phase offset estimation amount through inverse trigonometric function operation; and obtaining a second-order difference frequency division offset estimation amount according to the second-order difference phase offset estimation amount.
