Problems solved by technology

According to statistics, in the production of succulents in northern Jiangsu, the production generally reproduces 3 times a year, the rooting time is generally 25-28 days, and the rooting rate is mostly 80%-90%. Often results in leaf roll-up, which in turn leads to slow rooting, delayed germination, reduced reproductive rate and seedling quality

[0014] Example:

[0015] In this embodiment, the succulent plant "Sicily" is used as the material, and the temperature is relatively high and the air humidity is low in the northern Jiangsu region of my country in May-June. The process technology obtained through repeated tests specifically includes the following steps:

[0016] 1. Matrix preparation

[0017] Cuttings are carried out in greenhouses or greenhouses, using flat furrows, with gravel and fine sand under the flat furrows, and then a layer of grass-proof ground clo...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for promoting leaf cutting rooting of multi-fleshy plant of crassulaceae by IBA treatment, and relates to the technical field of plant cutting propagation. The method mainly comprises the following steps: 1, matrix preparation, 2, cutting mother plant selection and leaf treatment, 3, leaf cutting, 4, soil, fertilizer and water management, and 5, seedling transplanting. The leaf cutting treatment step specifically comprises the following substeps: after leaves are picked off, placing the leaves in a cool and ventilated place for shade-drying treatment for 72 h-120 h; starting cutting after wounds at the bases of the leaves are dried and become red, dipping the leaves in IBA with the concentration of 15-20 mg.L<-1> for 1-10 seconds before cutting, wherein thecutting temperature is kept at 25-30 DEG C, the air humidity is 70-80%, and the matrix humidity is 30-35%; and carrying out conventional after rooting. According to the invention, IBA treatment with the concentration of 20mg. L<-1> is adopted after the leaves become red basically or begin to turn red, the formation of root primordia can be effectively promoted through the treatment mode, the rooting rate is improved by 8.88%, the root system effect index is improved by 0.93, and the rooting time is shortened by 5-7 days.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cutting propagation, in particular to a method using IBA (indole butyric acid) [0002] Treatment promotes rooting technique of leaf cuttings of sedum succulents. [0003] technical background [0004] Succulents refer to plants with well-developed water storage tissues in stems and leaves, which are plump and succulent. They are drought-tolerant and barren-resistant. They are also called succulent plants or succulent plants. They are native to the semi-desert of Mexico. It includes All species of Cactaceae, Apricotaceae and some species of more than 50 families including Crassulaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Agaveaceae and Compositae, totaling 12,500 species. Because of its high ornamental value, obvious edible and medicinal value, strong stress resistance, easy reproduction, convenient transportation, and simple maintenance, it is often widely used in interior decoration, wedding gifts, food processing, ga...
