Abstract

A method for displaying a real object in a head mounted display and a head mounted display thereof are provided. The method comprises the following steps: (A) obtaining a binocular view of a real object around a user; and (B) presenting to the user a virtual field of view image superimposed with the binocular view of the real object. According to the method and the head-mounted display thereof, a user can still perceive information such as the actual three-dimensional space position, the three-dimensional posture and related attributes of surrounding real objects when wearing the head-mounted display, so that enhanced virtual visual field experience is obtained.
