[0068] Example 1: Streptomyces alginolyticus infestation mixed into feed to feed grass carp after resistance to fish pathogen Aeromonas victoria

[0069] 270 healthy grass carp (10-12.5 g) were randomly divided into 9 groups. They were raised in a laboratory cylindrical breeding box (diameter 1 m, water volume 300 L), and fed with feed equivalent to 2% of fish body weight every day. The grass carp was fed for 2 weeks to ensure the health of the grass carp, and the experiment was carried out after 24 hours of fasting. During the experiment, the photoperiod was 12 L / 12 D, the water temperature was 25±2°C, the pH was about 7.2±0.5, and the feed was Tongwei 156 granular extruded material purchased from Tongwei Co., Ltd.

[0070] Experimental design: the first group: fed with sterilized fish feed, the second group: fed with a concentration of 1 × 10 7 N1-32 bacterial strain feed of cfu / g, the third group: feeding added 1×10 9 cfu / g N1-32 strain live bacteria feed; each group se...

[0073] Example 2: Prevention and treatment of Aeromonas victorii in fish by Streptomyces alginolyticus inoculum by water splashing

[0074]270 healthy grass carp (10-12.5 g) were randomly divided into 9 groups and raised in a laboratory cylindrical culture box (diameter 1m, water volume 300 L), fed with feed equivalent to 2% of fish body weight every day , fed for 2 weeks to ensure the health of grass carp, and the experiment was carried out after 24 h of fasting. [0075] Experimental design: the first group: Streptomyces alginolyticus N1-32 was added to the aquaculture water, so that the final concentration was controlled at 1×10 5 cfu / mL, the spraying period is 28 days, and the injection concentration in grass carp is 1×10 on the 29th day. 8 cfu / mL of Aeromonas verkisii,...

[0078] Example 3: Prevention and treatment of Aeromonas victorii in fish by Streptomyces alginolyticus inoculum through feed addition

[0079] 270 healthy grass carp (10-12.5 g) were randomly divided into 9 groups and raised in a laboratory cylindrical culture box (diameter 1m, water volume 300 L), fed with feed equivalent to 2% of fish body weight every day , fed for 2 weeks to ensure the health of grass carp, and the experiment was carried out after 24 h of fasting. Abstract

Streptomyces amritsarensis N1-32, a micro-ecological preparation thereof and a preparing method thereof are provided. The Streptomyces amritsarensis N1-32 is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection with an accession number of CCTCCNO:M 2019381. The Streptomyces amritsarensis N1-32 can effectively suppress growth of common fish pathogenic bacteria, especially Aeromonas veronii. Application of the micro-ecological preparation for grass carp liver cells proves that the Streptomyces amritsarensis N1-32 is harmless and nontoxic to fish. The micro-ecological preparation is utilizedas feed to feed grass carp, crucian, and other types of freshwater fish, and a result shows that the growth rate and the feed efficiency of the grass carp are increased, and immunity of freshwater fish is boosted, and therefore, resistance of freshwater fish, such as grass carp, to fish pathogenic bacteria can be significantly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microecological preparations, in particular to a strain of Streptomyces alginolyticus N1-32, its microecological preparation and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, antibiotics are mainly used in the disease prevention and control of fish farming. Antibiotics can control the outbreak of diseases, but they will also destroy the cultured water environment and the normal microbial community structure in the intestinal tract of fish, resulting in fish’s resistance to pathogenic microorganisms. The reduction of resistance and the emergence of drug-resistant pathogenic bacteria; in addition, the extensive use of antibiotics will cause drug residues in aquatic products, endangering human health, and at the same time destroy the ecological environment, which is not conducive to the development of ecological farming. The aquatic micro-ecological preparation has the advantages of no toxic ...
