Abstract

The invention discloses a rotary vane electronic air pump. The rotary vane electronic air pump comprises a pump body, a connecting base and a motor. The pump body comprises an upper sealing cover, anupper cover plate, a stator, a rotor shaft, a lower cover plate and a lower sealing cover. A plurality of rotary vane grooves uniformly distributed along the circumference are formed in the rotor shaft. Rotary vanes are arranged in the rotary vane grooves. The rotor shaft is concentrically arranged in an elliptical cavity of the stator. Gaps between the stator and the rotor shaft form two sectionsof symmetrical pump chambers. An air inlet hole, a non-through air intake slot and through air inlet holes which are sequentially communicated are formed in the stator. Two upper air inlets in the upper cover plate and two lower air inlets in the lower cover plate are communicated with the pump chambers to form four intake air flow passages. An air outlet hole, a non-through air outlet slot and through air outlet holes which are sequentially communicated are formed in the stator, and two upper air outlets in the upper cover plate and two lower air outlets in the lower cover plate are communicated with the pump chambers to form four outlet air flow passages. The rotary vane electronic air pump aims to solve the problems of small pumping flow and low efficiency of an existing air pump.
